I seek to work together to find different ways to cope with, process, and overcome a multitude of issues and everyday stressors. I aim to help others tap into their inner strengths and passions and create a life in which they practice these passions habitually.
My aim is to create a nurturing, non-judgmental space where clients can feel at home in the healing process. I use a sense of humor, empathy, and compassion to build rapport with clients, and also to support clients in feeling empowered on their transformative journey.
Having worked with children, adolescents, and adults over the past three years has given me ample insight into some of the issues that are at play in our society currently.
