I specialize in helping clients who are seeking a deeper connection with their souls. My clients are often individuals who are aware of their life experiences and traumas, yet feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, and shame. I mainly work with creative individuals who may struggle with self-doubt, lack of motivation, and feelings of guilt or isolation. I help these clients understand themselves and their unconscious layers in a new way. My approach is safe, supportive, trauma-informed, and spiritually integrative, and clients report feeling seen and heard. My therapy approach blends Jungian depth psychology and psychoanalysis with tools from my diverse background as a therapist, tarot reader, bodyworker, yoga and meditation instructor, and social worker. I tailor interventions to each client's needs and goals. The decision to seek therapy is deeply personal, and it's important that the therapist you work with is someone with whom you feel safe opening up. I seek to provide a safe container for every client I work with. Reach out to begin or continue on your therapy journey!
During our initial session, we will engage in a relaxed conversation to become better acquainted, and I will aim to comprehend your concerns and requirements. You don't have to discuss any challenging issues or traumas in the first few sessions if you're not ready. Our goal is to establish trust in our professional relationship.
My clients often tell me that they find it easy to talk to me and that they feel relaxed and able to share their true feelings without having to put on a facade. I am adept at identifying unconscious motivations, defense mechanisms, and projections. When clients come to me with a dilemma or difficult emotion, I am able to guide them through processing their emotions and understanding what their emotional and physical bodies are trying to communicate. Additionally, I have expertise in dream analysis and creating rituals to support clients during challenging times and life transitions.
I am trained in Jungian psychoanalytic or "depth psychology" framework. This approach focuses on the personal and collective unconscious, emphasizing dreams, archetypes, tarot, active imagination, and expressive arts to facilitate understanding of our psyche and to connect with our souls.
