Welcome! I'm Dr. Maribel Nadal, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, career issues and life transitions. I am very passionate about providing my clients with a space that is supportive, confidential and non judgmental. I look forward to working with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together we will get to know each other in a safe and confidential environment. An initial assessment will be completed and encouragement and support will be provided to discuss thoughts and feelings that brought you to therapy. Together will develop and initial plan to begin working towards positive change and growth.

As a therapist I have developed strong assessment and clinical skills that ultimately benefit my clients in achieving their overall goals and well being. I am very passionate about helping my clients and see them thriving in their lives.
