Selethia Mitchell, DBH,LCSW is a Doctor of Behavioral Health and a licensed clinical social worker. She has been working in this area of study since 2001 and has experience along the entire lifespan. She started as a case manager in child and family services, in patient and out patient behavioral health, hospital and community health clinics as well as within correctional health arena, to name a few. Selethia is passionate about women's issues, diversity and inclusion as well as trauma. She has spent lots of time working in career development and assisting with transitional services.
In the first session, clients can expect to develop rapport, have a discussion about issues that brings them to therapy and the gathering of intake information as well as next steps.
