Are you struggling with feeling worried or depressed? Are you experiencing difficulty focusing or coping with life situations? Congratulations on taking the steps to improve your mental health. I feel that it is important to have your voice heard and I am here to provide a safe space just for that. I have worked as a therapist for the past 15 years with individuals and families. My goal is to help you reach for personal therapy goals.
During our first session, we will have brief introductions, explore reasons for seeking therapy, share brief history, establish treatment goals and review expectations.
I will utilize individual, family and group therapy sessions to address your personal goals. Together we will formulate a plan of care to target specific areas and help you to see your progress. I am offering telehealth services which contributes to easier access to sessions.
I primarily work with individuals who experience feelings of sadness, anxiety and history of traumatic experiences as well as periods of adjustment.
