What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll begin with brief introductions to get to know each other. Then, we’ll dive into the specific challenges you’re facing, including any past or current trauma and unresolved feelings. This initial discussion will help me understand your needs and create a tailored plan for us to work through in our follow-up sessions. I’m here to support you every step of the way!
