Hi I am Lovelyn Bogle. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology, along with a Master's Degree in Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing therapeutic services to adults and older adults for 10 years in an inpatient setting. I take great pride in the work that I do and the support that I provide to my clients.
My goals are to assist my clients in learning healthy coping skills, develop new patterns of communication, overcome challenges, and cultivate resilience to enable them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
I am compassionate, a great listener, supportive and reliable. I aim to reinforce my client's own strengths and support them in achieving their treatment goals.
I work well with adults and older adults struggling with mood and anxiety disorders. In addition to my clinical expertise, I possess a wide array of knowledge in community resources.
I assist clients in understanding the interplay between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors to enable them to better regulate their emotions, address less desired behaviors and challenge their cognitive distortions to improve their quality of life.
I seek to empower my clients through active listening and empathy.
