My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness enhances therapy by fostering present-moment awareness, emotional regulation, and stress reduction. It helps clients observe thoughts nonjudgmentally, manage anxiety, and build resilience. Techniques like breathing exercises, guided meditation, and body scans promote self-awareness and coping skills, making mindfulness effective for trauma, depression, and behavioral regulation in therapy.

Family Therapy

I provide family therapy by fostering open communication, strengthening relationships, and resolving conflicts. Using systemic approaches, I help families understand dynamics, improve problem-solving, and develop healthy coping strategies. Techniques include structured dialogues, role-playing, and mindfulness to support emotional connection, resilience, and positive change within the family system.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I provide CBT therapy by helping clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns, develop healthier behaviors, and build effective coping skills. Using structured techniques like cognitive restructuring, exposure therapy, and behavioral activation, I empower clients to manage anxiety, depression, and stress while fostering long-term emotional and behavioral change.

Couples Counseling

I provide couple’s therapy by improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection. Using evidence-based approaches like EFT and Gottman Method, I help partners navigate conflict, deepen intimacy, and develop healthy relationship patterns. Sessions focus on active listening, emotional regulation, and practical tools for lasting meaningful connection.

Trauma Informed Care

I provide trauma-informed care by creating a safe environment fostering trust and empowerment. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, TBRI, and mindfulness, I help clients process trauma, regulate emotions, and build resilience. My approach prioritizes safety, choice, and collaboration to promote healing and restore a sense of control.
