Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Florida. I received my Masters from the University of Central Florida and have been practicing for over 3 years. I help people who find themselves struggling to connect with themself and others, whether they're young and in school, midlife and married, or retired and adjusting to changes. We work together to rebuild those connections.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first few sessions, we'll get to know each other, explore the problems you're facing, and then come up with a plan of how to approach our work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Past clients have shared that what set me apart was that I took the time to listen, understand their problems, and be present with them. They shared that they felt like they knew I was always there to support them while not being afraid to challenge them or be direct when needed.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with people who are experiencing difficulty in connecting with themself and others. My clients regularly want to reconnect with a part of their life that they have neglected or were forced to leave behind due to circumstances. For example, someone who spent significant amounts of time focused on work wanting to reconnect with their family or someone who spent so much time tending to others they haven't tended to themself in years. They can normally tell something feels off in their life and often have symptoms of depression, anxiety, insomnia, and a host of other symptoms in their lives.

My treatment methods

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I use EFT & attachment theory to explore issues in relationships with others, whether it is with friends, family, coworkers, or partners.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to work with individuals in order to change thinking and behavioral patterns that they no longer wish to engage in.

Psychodynamic

I use a psychodynamic approach with individuals who want to better understand their histories, what drives them, and how we use that information going forward.
