In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then continue with ice breakers to help us establish rapport. This allows us to relax and start gaining trust so that you feel at ease as you discuss your concerns. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I love working with children, adolescents and adults. My experience as a school counselor allows me many years of hands on experience. My clients are enthusiastic with some overwhelming feelings. Given the necessary tools to help them, they learn to cope with underlying feelings which leads to anxiety, depression and other high emotions.
