Hey there! I’m Thomas, and I’m thrilled to share that I've been on this amazing journey of therapy for about 5 years now! I truly love what I do and am passionate about connecting with my clients right where they are. Since starting my adventure as a therapist, I’ve pursued numerous trainings that excite me. Among my proudest accomplishments are is being trained in DBT and Gottman therapy!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll focus on building a connection and determining if we’re a good match for this journey together. I look forward to hearing about your experiences and what has led you to seek my support. Together, we’ll talk about your therapy goals and explore how we can achieve them as a team.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I see things from a different perspective when it comes to understanding what a client is experiencing in their life. Therapy wasn't my first career; I've had a rich and varied life before taking on this role. I feel that this experience allows me to offer a deeper understanding of the challenges my clients face.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’ve had the privilege of working with clients at various stages of their journeys, and I’ve discovered that there’s always something new to learn, whether you’re just starting out or have been on this path for some time. I particularly enjoy collaborating with couples and veterans, and I genuinely look forward to meeting you and embarking on this journey together.
