Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in California, Texas, and Florida. I graduated from University of Southern California and have been working in mental health for the past 11 years. I enjoy working with people in all phases of their lives to maximize their well-being and potential in their personal and professional lives. I have specialized training in military culture and concerns and am well-versed in the systems, challenges, and rewards experienced by our active-duty service members, veterans, and their families.

There were a lot of emotions that were brought up in this session and Chari' held space for me to talk about those emotions in depth by asking me questions to better understand why. She has been giving me tools and resources outside of our session for me to conceptualize how I'm feeling, which have been very helpful.
