Hi, I’m Adriana, a licensed therapist passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping clients build insight, develop coping tools, and create meaningful change at their own pace. I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and empowering—and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward greater balance and well-being.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to get a feel for therapy—there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll start by talking about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and any concerns or questions you may have. I’ll also review important information like confidentiality, session structure, and goals for therapy. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where we move at your pace. By the end, we’ll discuss next steps and decide together what ongoing support might look like.
Clients often describe my style as calm, relaxed, and easy to talk to. I’m a strong listener who takes time to truly understand each client’s experiences without judgment. I approach therapy with empathy and curiosity, creating a space where clients feel safe being honest and authentic. My goal is to meet you where you are, move at your pace, and support you in feeling heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
My ideal client is someone seeking support through life’s transitions and everyday challenges, whether that’s a woman navigating different stages of life, a non-binary individual looking for a safe and affirming space, or a child (especially ages 6–12) learning how to understand and express their emotions. I have a strong passion for helping clients manage depression, anxiety, and daily stressors by building practical coping skills rooted in mindfulness and self-care. I value creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I use a variety of mindfulness techniques and psychoeducation to help clients learn to be centered, regulate emotions, and prioritize their own self care and healthy boundaries.
Trauma Informed Care
Being trauma informed allows me to prioritize the safety, empowerment and choice of clients. To meet clients where they are and to create an environment that allows for clients to process through difficult and traumatic experiences without judgement, pressure or unrealistic expectations.
