I am a very straightforward, direct clinician. I work best with motivated clients who may not have the answers but are ready and willing to do the work. I have significant experience working with clients at all levels of care in substance use and mental health treatment. I enjoy untangling ruptures and attachment styles to provide insight around what the underlying issues you are currently struggling with. I am proud and excited to launch my private practice to focus on this client base.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I work with individual and couples navigating substance abuse, trauma, life transitions and anxiety. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist my goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to identify the changes you wish to make in your life—and explore how to navigate those changes effectively. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Family Systems Theory, Internal Family Systems and parts work, CBT, and Solution Focused therapy.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I integrate short term modalities such as SFBT into clinical work around life transitions and addiction.
