Hello, I'm a Licensed Psychologist (LP) based in Texas. I received my Doctorate from the APA accredited California School Professional Psychology- Fresno. I and have been practicing clinical psychology over 20 years. I help adults struggling with career stress, relationship issues and mental health disorders become the best versions of themselves. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CT) and Brief Psychodynamic Therapy (BPT) in an eclectic fashion to address psychological issues.

I will typically ask a set of questions to help me hone in on specific issues and treatment focus. This will help to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , negative thought patterns are examined in order to develop more effective coping strategies to deal with emotional and psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma related symptoms. The goal is to help you develop lifelong skills for managing thoughts and emotions. In addition, if necessary I utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to focus is on thought patterns related to trauma such as guilt, shame, or self blame. The goal is to help you resolve negative belief patterns associated with trauma.
I also utilize Brief Psychodynamic Therapy (BPT) to help you break free for unresolved trauma or relationship patterns.
The focus of couples counseling is to enhance the couples understanding of one another, strengthen the emotional bond and improve problem solving skills which the goal is to increase partnership, satisfaction, and harmony.
