Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters in Social Work at the University of Southern California and have been practicing for 5 years. I am also a School Social Worker. Most of my experience has been providing individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, case management, risk assessments, and facilitating social-emotional learning in classrooms. I help support children, adolescents, and parents navigate emotional difficulties to improve overall well-being.

In our first session, we will start with a brief introduction to get to know each other and then discuss specific challenges you may be facing. This will help me tailor a treatment plan that will help us navigate these challenges in follow-up sessions.

My greatest strength as a provider is that I understand that all clients are unique and will respect all different cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, and practices. It is not my place to judge you. I am here to support you in meeting your goals so you can feel better.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT to teach the relationship between thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. This treatment method helps me support clients in promoting emotional awareness and regulation as well as challenging negative thought patterns. I have been utilizing CBT for over 5 years in practice.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a treatment method that helps me provide clients with additional support, insight, and personal growth. Group therapy provides clients peer support, acceptance and belonging, increased communication and social skills, and multiple perspectives. I have been utilizing group therapy for over 5 years in practice.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based therapy supports client's overall well-being by increasing self-awareness and improving emotional regulation skills. I incorporate this treatment method in little ways with all of my clients. Most of us can use a reduction in stress.
