My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely recognized treatment method for various mental health conditions, especially anxiety, depression and stress-related issues. Clients find that it is intuitive and effective for the clients I serve. My clients often start experiencing progress toward their goals within the first month of treatment.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy has been shown to be effective for various mental health and social issues. Clients find that this method is helpful to see results in a relative short period of time. Clients often want to address issues and have a better quality of life. This technique helps them focus on the future, address the goal directly, focus on their strengths and of, course achieve results in a relatively short period of time.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I find that some clients don't have a safe space in their lives to just be themselves or explore other versions of themselves than what is expected of them. I provide that safe space in each session to help them discover their strengths and explore their values in a nonjudgmental space.
