Hi, I’m Yezenia, a therapist passionate about supporting women through ADHD, peri/menopause, depression, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based tools to help clients understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck and to build practical strategies they can use every day. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the unique challenges women face—whether it’s balancing multiple roles, managing emotional overwhelm, or navigating the impact of ADHD. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership where you not only feel understood but also empowered to create lasting change.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on in your world, what’s feeling heavy or confusing, and what you're hoping will feel better. I’ll ask some gentle questions, and you can share as much or as little as you’re ready for. There’s no pressure — just a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
As a certified Women’s Mental Health Specialist, I understand the unique challenges women face—whether it’s managing ADHD, navigating anxiety, or balancing the many roles and expectations placed on them. My approach combines evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a compassionate, supportive style, so therapy feels both practical and empowering. Clients often tell me they leave sessions not only feeling seen and understood but also equipped with concrete strategies they can use in daily life.
I help women who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, struggle with ADHD, or are navigating major life changes. Many of my clients describe themselves as high-achieving but exhausted, constantly juggling responsibilities while battling self-doubt or overthinking. I work especially well with women who want practical tools for managing stress, reshaping unhelpful thought patterns, and building confidence, while also craving a safe, supportive space where they don’t have to ‘hold it all together.’ My goal is to help you move from feeling stuck and depleted to feeling grounded, capable, and more at ease in your daily life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my work because it gives people concrete skills they can use in daily life. Together, we look at how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, and how shifting one of those pieces can change the whole cycle. For example, I guide clients through strategies to challenge negative self-talk, practice new coping skills, and test out small behavior changes that build confidence over time. I make CBT very collaborative and personalized, so it feels like a set of tools you can carry with you long after therapy.
