Welcome! I am glad you took the time to devote and invest in your mental health. Kudos to you! This is a huge step and not be taken lightly. Thank you for believing in yourself to seek additional support. I live in the beautiful sunshine state, Florida. I am licensed in the states of FL, D.C., MA, and MI. As a Christian, I believe in the gift of freedom. If you would like to incorporate Biblical principles within our sessions, we most definitely can. My therapeutic approach involves compassion, care, and understanding.

First session
Clients can expect to take away several valuable benefits from sessions with me as their therapist. While the specific outcomes can vary depending on the individual and the goals they bring to therapy, here are some common expectations: Improved emotional well-being, enhanced coping skills, personal growth, enhanced communication, clarity and insight, and stress reduction.
Strengths
Truly, my greatest strength as a therapist is creating a safe space with each of my clients. My goal each session is to make you feel comfortable and vulnerable while discussing your feelings, aspirations, and frustrations.
Treatment methods
Christian Counseling
I provide Christian counseling that integrates Biblical principles, prayer and Scripture (as desired), and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support emotional healing, personal growth, and spiritual resilience.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize CBT interventions including cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and coping skills training to support clients in reducing symptoms and improving daily functioning.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
I integrate EFT to support clients in improving emotional regulation, increasing insight into attachment needs, and strengthening relational communication. My work emphasizes emotional safety, cycle de-escalation, and building secure connection through trauma-informed, attachment-based interventions.
Grief Therapy
I provide grief counseling using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that includes grief psychoeducation, emotional processing, coping skill development, and meaning-making interventions. I support clients through bereavement, anticipatory grief, and life transitions while promoting resilience and healthy adjustment.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I utilize SFBT to support clients in identifying strengths, building motivation, and creating measurable steps toward their goals. I focus on solution-building through interventions such as scaling, exception-finding, and future-oriented goal development.
