I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and empowering. Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and easy to talk to. I work with adults who want to better understand their emotions, patterns, and relationships, and I focus on helping clients build skills they can actually use in daily life. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start—just a willingness to show up.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and helping you feel comfortable. I’ll ask questions about what’s bringing you to therapy, your history, and what you hope to get out of our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll also explain how I work and answer any questions you have so we can decide together how to move forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is trauma informed, warm, relational, and goal-oriented. I integrate CBT and DBT techniques to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and improve emotional balance. I value collaboration and transparency, and I work to empower clients by helping them better understand themselves and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
