Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas and Idaho. I received my Masters from the University of Cumberlands and have been practicing for 5 years. I am also a licensed Reiki master (energy healer) and have a background in spiritually. I help my clients with discovering their inner world and become the best versions of themselves.
My greatest strength is having the ability to connect with each of my clients.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. Then we would explore your wins, challenges, and stressors. I believe that you are the expert of your experience and I am here to help you with connecting the dots. I provide healthy coping skills and resources that you can practice outside of sessions. We also explore and identify your goals. I encourage my clients to focus on progress versus results. This method will support my client's with self-compassion and self acceptance.

My greatest strength is having the ability to connect with each of my clients. I additionally strive to provide each of my client's with a safe and non-judgmental space.
Ideal clients
I specialize in providing compassionate support to teenagers and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, parent wounds and trauma. My clients come from diverse backgrounds and abilities, and I am a LGBTQIA+ ally. We'll work together towards healing at your own pace. I am excited to connect with you.

I have years of experience with assisting client let go of negative core beliefs. I also help clients with reframing unhelpful thoughts.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I have experience with providing DBT skills to assist clients with tools to regulate their body.
Compassion Focused
I love helping client's on their self-love journey. I have experience with helping clients show themselves self-compassion.
