I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who’ve worked in mental health, disabilities and social services for several years. First session
Your first visit will include a behavioral health intake. Through this intake, questions will be asked to help figure out the best way to help. You can rest assure a confident safe setting to disclose, an understanding attitude and resolve to receive the help needed, whether by myself or another referral source.

Ideal clients
As a licensed professional counselor I endeavor to aid clients throughout several stages of life. This includes adjustments and difficulties as a student in high school or college, transition into career, couples and marriage problems, retirement, illness and grief. This also includes episodic and recurrent depression, anxiety, anger, bullying, employment work stress, military veteran issues, parenting and faith based concerns.
