Hi I'm Kelly! I am an LMHC with a background in Art Therapy. I have been in the field for 5 years and have worked with a wide variety of clients and therapeutic settings. These range from residential settings for survivors of trauma to adults attempting to build structure into their life in outpatient clinics.

Everyone comes to therapy at different starting points. I will meet you where you are and work with you to build an outlook on where you want to be.
First session
In our first session we will get to know each other and begin building our therapeutic relationship. I will discuss the therapeutic process with you to make sure that you are able to determine if I am the best fit for you. We will discuss what is motivating you to begin your therapeutic journey and some of personal history so that we can together create treatment goals that best suit your therapeutic needs.

Together, you and I can get to the bottom of how you think and build you up to get the answer to that very question. If that sounds like a lot, don't worry. I aim to provide a comfortable conversational atmosphere, where we can build a strong foundation off of your personal history. I will help you through moments of reflection on influential past events, and we can stretch your self awareness. I aim to assist you in your journey of self discovery and healing.
