New to Grow
For over 25 years, I have had the privilege of working as a behavioral health professional, dedicating my career to the mental and emotional well-being of individuals from all walks of life. As both a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Certified School Counselor, my experience spans all age groups, allowing me to meet you exactly where you are.
The first therapy session—often called an intake session—is less about diving straight into deep therapy and more about getting to know each other, setting expectations, and building a foundation.
My work is built on being dependable, caring, and flexible. Since everyone's life is different, I don't use the exact same plan for everyone. Instead, I use many different tools and ideas that are proven to work, choosing the ones that fit your exact needs.
My background allows me to address a broad spectrum of mental and emotional challenges. I am highly effective with: People going through big changes: This includes kids starting a new school, teenagers figuring out who they are, or adults dealing with a new job, a family breakup, or losing someone they love. Students and families: Since I used to work directly in schools, I truly understand the pressure students face today—like feeling stressed about grades, dealing with friend drama, or having a hard time behaving in class. I am very passionate about empowering young women to navigate the challenges of high school and college. Together, we will work to manage the transitions that define this important time in your life.

I look at what you are going through, what you want to achieve, and who you are as a person. Then I ask myself: "What mix of tools will help this person the most, right now?"
