I'm a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and support. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, and I believe that you are the expert in your own experience, and my role is to help guide and support you in reaching your goals. I bring a holistic lens to therapy, recognizing the connection between mental health, physical health, and environment. I consider the whole person (not just symptoms) when working toward healing.
