My sweet spot is ages 13-113. I'm best positioned to serve people struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and / or borderline personality disorder. My ideal patients are open to learning mindfulness practice and skills in acceptance, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. They're open to identify, examine, and replace ineffective beliefs and actions to relieve suffering, reduce symptoms, and increase functioning.
