Welcome, I am Feven! Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals manage anxiety, depression and burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach; addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.

My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation.

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the different challenges they face and build coping skills to create more fulfilling and holistic life experiences. From my journey, I can personally attest to the power of support, in its many forms. This support goes beyond clients I service but also to their families and communities. I believe that mental wellness isn’t just individualistic; but includes the ecosystem surrounding the person. My praxis acknowledges and aims to support the village needed by all.  I’m also passionate about the transformative impact of safe and brave spaces for those who often experience exclusion. My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. It is a personal privilege to center wellness and holistic care for all as ‘self-care is a radical form of resistance.’ Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, self-acceptance, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion, empathy and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!

First session

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will allow us to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Strengths

Childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, job burnouts, difficult family relationships, foster care, adoption, domestic violence, romantic relationships, self-harming, suicidal ideation, racial equity, substance abuse, specialized familial support and engagement for clients with dual diagnosis.

Ideal clients

I love working with individuals that are eager to improve the different aspects of their lives, but need guidance to help them recognize their strength and resiliency. My goal is to help my clients utilize different tools they need to make their goal for holistic healing a reality.

I enjoyed my first therapy session with Feven, we both come similar ethnic backgrounds and so it was easy to relate to one another. I felt comfortable and and secure to open up to her about my life, and her advice was very informative.

My first session with Feven was really good. She asked several questions that allowed me to think on my goals, current challenges and how we would approach them in the days ahead. I am looking for a consistent being for my mental health, and I believe that in this moment of my life, Feven can assist me on my journey.

This was my first therapy session ever & Feven was nothing but welcoming, warm, & easy to talk to. I appreciated her guidance on new ways of thinking about things, how to address topics head on, and ways to improve myself. Looking forward to more.
