First session
During our first session, we will spend some time on introductions and getting to know one another, beginning that important client/therapist relationship. We will also spend time talking about challenges that you are facing and goals that you want for yourself. This critical session is important for me to develop a plan of action to help you meet your goals.
Strengths
You will find that I am empathetic, warm and kind during our sessions. One of my biggest strengths is the manner in which I can pose challenging thoughts in a comfortable way so that my clients begin to see that change is possible.
Ideal clients
I enjoy working with both teenagers and adults who are ready to take the first steps into improving their lives. My clients are generally eager to improve but often feel stuck and cannot see a way out of their current situation. During our sessions, I work with clients on becoming the best version of themselves and help them see that change is possible.

We will explore how negative thoughts contribute to our emotions and actions. Together, we will work towards identifying these thoughts and changing negative patterns that surround our behaviors
