First session

In our first session we will start by getting to know each other. We will then discuss the specific challenges you are facing so that we can create a plan that fits your needs.

Strengths

As a seasoned therapist, I feel my biggest strength is my ability to provide my clients with a welcoming and safe environment. I truly care for my clients and the outcome of their treatment and I believe it is evident in how I treat my clients. I want each person to feel heard and to truly take ownership of their treatment.

Sondra always listens and gives me responses or actions to consider or practice. Sometimes, although rare, solutions don't immediately come to her during a particular point of our discussion, AND SHE TELLS YOU SHE DOESN'T HAVE THE ANSWER ! She doesn't attempt to baffle with B.S if she doesn't know. But one can be assured she'll find the appropriate answer or exercise that eluded her earlier! Sondra is like talking to a dear friend ... the difference is her her advice is sound and it works!!
