I am a seasoned therapists who places significant amount of importance on developing a therapeutic relationship. My skillset includes a whole person approach that covers both physical and emotional well-being. I utilize primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Polyvagal Theory (PVT) and Acceptance and Mindfulness. In addition, I utilize my Integrative Health Coaching to ensure physical aspects are addressed that may be impacting your mental health. I have never narrowed my practice to a specific diagnosis; however, I do find that I work a lot with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Life Transitions, Co-Dependency, and Weight Related Diagnoses.

Working with Crystal has been life-changing. She introduced me to techniques I hadn’t heard of before that helped me process information in new ways and connect with feelings I had long buried. In a relatively short period of time, I’ve experienced meaningful growth and healing. I am deeply grateful for her compassion, expertise, and ability to create a safe space for this work.

I have felt more comfortable with Crystal's approach to therapy than with any other therapists in the past. I so appreciate her sending me resources to help me on my journey to wellness, and her genuine interest in guiding me to thinking and caring for myself.

I was definitely afraid to start therapy and was worried about being weak for doing so and opening up my problems to someone. Crystal made it so easy to open up and I really look forward to each session. I have a lot of stress and she helps me see the positive in a lot and more importantly gives it to me straight. If you want to be heard and helped I strongly recommend her!
