Josh Robertson
I believe everyone has certain abilities and gifts that lead them to their calling. With that in mind, I became a therapist because I wanted to help people achieve their full potential in a world where too many people feel unsupported and alone. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families and groups who are open to new ways of thinking and being, and motivated to change. Side note: I am an avid sports fanatic (including some unique ones; curling is one of my favorites!), and i am an enthusiastic dog parent. While working with my clients, I strive to provide them a relational space where they feel inspired, encouraged, and empowered to overcome their challenges. I have significant experience and training in Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, and work well with individuals and families dealing with long-term and complex issues.

My goal when working with my clients is to give them a space where they can feel comfortable and secure enough to confront the feelings and problem behaviors that are negatively impacting their lives. From there, I work with my clients to feel empowered and confident enough to begin making the changes they feel that will lead to them having a happy, healthy life.
