Hello! My name is Ebony Jackson and I am a Clinical Licensed Social Worker with over 23 year of experience. I have provided therapy services in various settings including domestic violence shelters, schools, hospitals, AIDS service organizations and private practice.

During our initial session, I will spend time getting to know you, including your goals, strengths, values and your intentions for therapy.

Strengths

My ability to connect with people is my biggest strength. I have lived in and provided services to many different communities. I have worked in urban areas as well as overseas. I am also able to connect with individuals by providing them with a safe space to share, free of judgment or bias.

Ideal clients

I am positioned to serve individuals who desire and seek change. I strive to provide support for individuals who struggle and may need direction or counsel. During our sessions, I will create a safe space for collaboration without the fear of judgment. My practice is a judgment free zone.

I have used CBT in my practice for over 20 years. This method has been instrumental in helping patients identify behaviors they desire to change and methodically worked toward healthier behaviors.

Ebony is a great listener. I feel that I'm being heard, understood, and respected. I love that she is giving me time to figure out what I need and want in order to have a happier life.
