My clinical training includes Yale Psychiatric Hospital, both inpatient and outpatient. With this training, I have gained experience in many different treatment modalities and utilize them all during sessions.

Dailene's ability to sift through my rants and spirals is phenomenal. I feel a sense of relief during and after my session. Today we were able to cone up with a new plan; learn to build a routine to minimize doing too much or overlapping g tasks and thoughts that lead to this overwhelming feeling I tend to experience when I am doing too much. I see great promise in our sessions. Time will be the judge.
