(she/her)
I am a licensed clinical social worker, advocate, mother, runner, and yoga enthusiast. I believe that everyone would benefit from talk therapy because life is challenging, complicated, and busy. I fully understand that getting ourselves to therapy is, at times, not easy and sincerely appreciate every client that intentionally decides that they are ready to grow, heal, and evolve. I believe in the power of becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable so as to push ourselves to step outside of our comfort zones.
During our first session I will ask questions that provide me with an overview of your history (i.e. whether or not you have been to therapy before, what your therapy experience(s) was like, who makes up your biological family, childhood experiences, if you work, who you currently live with, if you are in a relationship, religious preference). I will also ask you to briefly describe what your goal(s) of our work together is.
I am non-judgmental. I have a positive demeanor and general outlook on life. I am a good listener but will ask questions to obtain additional information and, perhaps, motivate my clients to think about a situation differently than they may have before. I embrace our differences as individuals, love learning, and am committed to providing a safe space for all.
I am excited to work with anyone who is ready to grow, heal, and process. I love being able to work alongside clients who are ready to learn new skills and tools to deal with whatever challenges that are dealing with. I love to be able to assist clients with learning how to establish boundaries, the freedom and power in saying no, and the significance of giving ourselves grace.

I firmly believe that we are capable of rewiring our brains. By reframing our thought processes we can configure new, healthier thought patterns.
Motivational Interviewing
One of the awesome benefits of therapy may be having your thought processes challenged. By allowing a therapist to draw discrepancies in your thought processes you will become more aware of unhealthy thought patterns.
Supportive
I believe in meeting clients where they are at. I am non-judgmental and believe in the power of affirmation and validation.

Molly was wonderful in my intake session. She created an environment that felt open and listened intently and thoroughly.

I love Molly she always leaves me with a lot to do and think about. She is to the point no matter what. She pushes me to accept things in different ways. She has helped me retrain the way I think about a lot of things not to always look at the bad. She the best as far as I’m concerned.

Halfway through my session I couldn’t stop thinking about how I already felt like I was benefiting from meeting Molly and being in her care. I’m excited to continue my journey with her and find relief from what I’ve been experiencing.
