Hello Lovelies, I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in Central Florida. I obtained my master’s in marriage and family therapy at Nova Southeastern University. I am particularly interested in working with clients who are in a season of transformation regarding self-esteem, relationships, life and career goals, and stress management. I specialize in couples work and I'm Gottman certified. I work with clients who may be experiencing severe anxiety and depression within their lives related to their relationships or Family.
I use a toolbox approach when it comes to working with clients, drawing from collaborative, narrative, and solution focused based therapy and Gottman method for relationships. In your first session, expect for me to ask a lot of background questions about your life and then apply treatment that will facilitate transparency, healing, and understanding. Most of my clients praise me for my ability to empathize and challenge them in the best ways.
I strive to empower all women to reach their highest potentials by using affirming language and principle of narrative therapy. I also work with couples struggling through relationship issues regarding communication, infidelity, and trust.
