Do you ever want to feel validated, heard, understood, and not judged by others? Are you still recovering from pain due to grief or trauma? Some days it feels like you are alone and misunderstood, but it does not have to be that way. Based on my experience as a clinical therapist, I specialize in working with Teens and adults focusing on but not limited to anger management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss with a vision to empower clients to feel confident, assurance within themselves, closure and normalize feelings with reasonable solutions and coping skills to manage everyday life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

First session will be an attempt to develop rapport and understand the stressors that we need to address in therapy in order to help you redevelop your outlook on your life and relationship with others.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Since 2016, I have worked with clients to better understand why their mindsets have been challenging to change. Through psychoanalysis we dive into your past memories in order to understand your automatic thoughts. Next we utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in order to counter automatic thoughts with supporting evidence that goes against negative thoughts creating a barrier from self healing and empowerment. Next we utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in order to help you express your emotions appropriately through the introduction of new coping skills.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with those that are ready to work. I am best positioned to support individuals who feel overwhelmed by life’s demands but are determined to regain control, clarity, and purpose. I work especially well with men navigating high levels of stress, emotional pressure, and expectations—whether related to relationships, fatherhood, career, or personal identity. Many of my clients are used to “holding it together” for everyone else, yet feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to process what they’re carrying. I also support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief, including those working through past experiences such as childhood trauma or sexual assault. Additionally, I have a strong focus on supporting couples and partners, particularly those navigating postpartum challenges, communication difficulties, and emotional disconnect. My clients are often motivated for change but may not yet have the tools to get there. They are looking to better understand themselves, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and build healthier coping strategies. Whether the goal is to return to daily functioning (like driving, working, or engaging socially), reduce reliance on unhealthy coping mechanisms such as alcohol, or develop a stronger sense of self, I provide a structured, supportive space to help them move forward with confidence.
