Life can be tough at times. Whether you’re struggling with relationships, facing big decisions, or simply trying to get through each day, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer individualized therapy for children and adults experiencing loneliness, self-esteem challenges, or major life transitions such as loss, retirement, or changes in family dynamics. During sessions, children are welcome to play with toys, and adults may enjoy a cup of coffee. My goal is to help you feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable while sharing. Together, we’ll work to identify & understand complicated emotions that may have been suppressed and develop healthy ways to cope. Seeking help is a big step, and I’m here to make that process easier. No matter where you are in life, I’m here to support you through it. Please contact me and I will assist with scheduling. Please call or message with any questions or scheduling concerns at Endless Grace Counseling.
