I help clients navigate emotional struggles and transform their lives with compassionate, evidence-based therapy. I take a client centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns.

I help clients navigate emotional struggles and transform their lives with compassionate, evidence-based therapy.

I am straightforward, compassionate, and understanding. I will always be truthful and upfront, with the goal of creating a supportive, safe, non-judgmental environment.

First session

In your first session, we'll focus on getting to know one another and understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy, while also making space for anything you feel is important to share. We'll talk about how therapy works, what to expect moving forward, and begin creating a plan that feels supportive and tailored to your needs. The first session is a collaborative, low-pressure conversation designed to help you feel comfortable and supported.

Strengths

My therapeutic approach is a balance of warmth, structure, and practical tools. I use a person-centered foundation while integrating evidence-based strategies to help clients feel understood while also gaining skills they can use in daily life. Therapy is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each client's unique goals and strengths.

Ideal clients

I am best positioned to work with adults, couples, and families who are seeking support with life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm. I work well with clients who are open to self-reflection, skill-building, and meaningful change, whether they are navigating individual concerns or relational dynamics. All services are provided via virtual therapy, offering flexible and accessible support.
