I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with expertise working with LGBTQIA+ and Nuerodivergent individuals. Starting therapy can feel scary — but it can also be life-changing. You are brave, and you're not alone. I believe that therapy is ready to work for those who are ready to make the leap.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with expertise working with LGBTQIA+ and Nuerodivergent individuals.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ it is close to my heart to ensure that all people have a safe, nonjudgmental place to process life's challenges. I also tend to use humor in session as a way to process stressors.
First session
I like to treat our first therapy session as a chance to see if we are a good fit. This session will give you the opportunity to talk about what you are looking for and ask any questions that you may have.

Ideal clients
I believe that every person has a unique view and experience in our world. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, grief, ADHD, trauma, relationship issues, grief, depression, as well as other struggles that life provides.
Treatment methods
Eclectic
As a clinician I find that every person has their own style and needs when it comes to working on their mental health. I believe that the best thing that I can do is tailor your treatment to a style that works for you.
