I’m Kellie, a therapist who believes deeply in the power of feeling seen, heard, and supported. I bring a blend of psychological insight and genuine compassion to my work, creating a space where women can explore their experiences openly and without judgment. My approach is holistic and collaborative—I take the time to understand each woman’s unique story and tailor therapy to meet her needs. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to help women navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to fostering safety, trust, and empowerment, so women can reconnect with their strengths and move forward with confidence.
In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. We’ll begin by talking about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. I’ll also walk you through how therapy works, including confidentiality and what you can expect from our time together. I’ll ask some questions about your background, current concerns, and anything else that feels important for me to understand your story. This helps me begin to tailor our work to your needs. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for—this session moves at your pace. We’ll spend time clarifying your goals and discussing how we might approach them collaboratively. You’re welcome to ask questions at any point, and we’ll make sure you leave the session with a sense of direction and support.
My strengths as a therapist come from the way I connect with women—with empathy, presence, and genuine care. I listen deeply and without judgment, creating a space where women feel safe to explore what they’re going through. I’m flexible in my approach and draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, tailoring each session to what feels most supportive. I’m committed to ongoing learning and culturally responsive practice, and I work collaboratively to help women build insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
I am best positioned to support women who are ready to explore themselves more deeply and create meaningful change in their lives. Many of the women I work with are navigating transitions, feeling overwhelmed, or seeking clarity, healing, or a stronger sense of self. They’re open to reflection, curious about their inner world, and motivated to grow—even if they’re not sure where to begin. My ideal client is someone who values a collaborative, compassionate therapeutic relationship and is ready to take steps toward greater resilience, self‑understanding, and emotional well‑being.
