Bailey Belanger
Hi! Welcome! Im glad you're here! Im Bailey, can't wait to meet you! I am a dedicated therapist with over 8 years of experience and have worked in a multitude of settings such as schools, hospitals, and the community.
I challenge clients when needed, but most of all, help you see all of the progress you have made from the strengths you already have-and how we use those to guide you toward your goals.
You are already moving forward-taking the step to look for support shows your strength- and I’d be honored to walk with you on your healing journey. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to find goals that truly matter to you. You are always the expert on you and in control in the space. I also realize that goals can shift as you grow, so we’ll adjust to match your evolving needs. Throughout the process, I will celebrate the progress you make, big or small, along the way.
First session
You can expect a relaxed, down-to-earth space where you set the pace and direction. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk beside you — offering guidance, tools, and perspective as we explore what feels most important to you. My approach blends humanistic, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused techniques. Im just looking to get to know you in all areas of your life, your passions, what you do for fun, and what brings you here.
Strengths
I have been told by clients that even in the first few moments- I'm different. That I have a really specific style and vibe to me. I am a human being too, and youll feel that in session. I am really authentic and honest, how can I expect you to be able to do that in session If Im not willing to do the same? I challenge clients when needed, but most of all, help you see all of the progress you have made from the strengths you already have-and how we use those to guide you toward your goals.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use a collaborative, hands-on approach to help you recognize the thought patterns that often lead to stress or anxiety.
