First session
Our first session together will start with brief introductions, a review of past therapy experiences, and a discussion of your wants and needs from treatment. This will help guide me in creating the perfect plan for you as we navigate the follow-up sessions. We will also explore previous coping skills and what makes you feel safe, allowing me to create a safe space for you as we continue our time together.
Strengths
My authenticity and transparency create a safe space for my clients to express themselves freely and openly. I am a client-centered therapist focusing on empowering and motivating adults and families as they journey through their daily lives.
Ideal clients
I enjoy working with young adults/ adults and couples who are ready and willing to engage in the therapeutic process. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and meaningful progress happens when we are both committed to doing the work together. I strive to create a supportive space where growth, honesty, shared effort, and lasting change can thrive. I strive to guide you through your healing journey
