Hi! my name is Jenna, I am a clinical social worker with a lifetime of combined personal & professional experience. I provide a unique, individualized & wide array of objective practice approaches focusing on choices that foster solutions to lead to a more meaningful life. I am a graduate of Michigan State University with over 18 years working in behavioral health & I engage a holistic, conversational approach to therapy. I provide grief & trauma therapy, ADHD & Autism support & among many other things a cognitive/ dialectical approach to manage depression & anxiety.
After a session with me it is my hope that you feel safe, heard, understood & less overwhelmed. It is my intention to elicit hope for a brighter future in regard to your thoughts, feelings & emotions as it relates to your situation as a whole.
I have over 18 years of experience working with a wide variety of individuals & groups, I have extensive post graduate training in multiple treatment modalities to help you to find the solutions that best serve your needs!
I cater to a non-judgmental, empathetic environment that provides a safe space to explore all aspects of your life (holistically) to learn & understand what motivates you to make choices. Through this, my hope is to help provide an objective perspective that leads you to find the solutions to the issues that are standing in the way of living your best life.

I absolutely loved her. I was able to open up. I cried I laughed. I didn’t feel judged. I feel like she’s show me a light at the end of a dark road.
