I enjoy a reputation for making people feel comfortable in session and working effectively with them to resolve their presenting problems. I work with teens as well as adults to resolve issues from the past so people can enjoy life and meet their fullest potential.
You should expect to feel that you are in capable hands after our 1st session. Increasingly, as you are more comfortable, you will control how much about yourself that you share with me. During our initial session I'll obtain whatever background history that feels safe for you to share, and I'll start formulating our plan for your success. Our initial session also gives you the opportunity to make sure you feel comfortable with me.
