Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. I am also a certified yoga teacher and can incorporate yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness into your treatment needs. I draw from various therapeutic modalities to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. Life happens and being able to pivot as needed during session allows for grace and humility to guide the way.

I had my first session with Tara and immediately felt comfortable with her. She was incredibly attentive, warm, sweet, and understanding throughout the entire appointment. I could already tell that she’s going to challenge me in the best ways while still making me feel supported and heard. I left the session feeling hopeful and genuinely excited to schedule my next appointment. I’m already hoping I can see her twice a month. So grateful I found her!
