I had my first session with Tara and immediately felt comfortable with her. She was incredibly attentive, warm, sweet, and understanding throughout the entire appointment. I could already tell that she’s going to challenge me in the best ways while still making me feel supported and heard. I left the session feeling hopeful and genuinely excited to schedule my next appointment. I’m already hoping I can see her twice a month. So grateful I found her!

I felt supported to unburden my pain. She provided a safe space for me to express thoughts I had never said out loud to anyone.
