I am a 46 year old black male certified as an LICSW in Massachusetts. I grew up in Fall River, MA, served in the Air Force, and earned a Master's Degree from Boston University. I have experience working with people of all age ranges, with focuses on anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, existentialism, and trauma.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have had experience with CBT since working with younger disabled clients at residential facilities, and later in assisting clients in behavior modification. I have experienced success with clients through methods such as cognitive framing, coping, journaling, and token economies.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I have experienced clients gaining success through DBT by focusing on emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance and overall wellness approaches.
