You might have started to notice feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or somehow not quite like yourself lately. Perhaps part of you is already wondering what it would feel like to have a little more clarity and ease. I earned my psychology doctorate degree from the University of Connecticut and specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, stress, and life transitions with clarity and confidence. In our work together, you will find a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is collaborative and practical, and at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can begin to develop skills and strategies that fit your unique needs to help you feel more grounded, capable, and in control. I am here to support you in that process. I invite you to explore my professional pages to learn more about me:

My passion is helping clients uncover their inner strengths, improve coping skills, and create lasting change that supports emotional well-being and resilience.

First session

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you and understanding what led you to seek therapy. We may talk about your current experiences, the challenges you are facing, and what you would like to change or feel differently about. You can share at whatever pace feels comfortable in a calm, nonjudgmental space. Together, we will begin shaping a clear, collaborative plan that supports your goals and helps you feel more confident, empowered, and in control.

Strengths

One of my greatest strengths is helping clients learn practical tools they can begin using right away. My approach is active, collaborative, and tailored to ensure that each strategy fits your unique needs, personality, and daily life. I take an action-oriented approach to therapy, offering practical steps, ideas, and skills that you can practice between sessions.

Ideal clients

I work with clients across the lifespan and support individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and challenges related to life transitions. While I enjoy working with people of all ages, I have a particular interest in supporting college-aged students. College can be an exciting but also stressful period marked by academic pressure, changing relationships, growing independence, and major life decisions. I have successfully supported many college students through these experiences. I understand how difficult it can be to balance mental health with a demanding, constantly changing schedule. Telehealth therapy offers a convenient, accessible option for students who may be on the go, away from home, or managing busy academic and personal commitments.

Treatment methods

Eclectic

I use a mix of different therapy methods that fit your unique needs. Together, we will find the best tools with what you are working on in therapy.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I also enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice. CBT is an action-oriented therapy.
