Hello! My name is Larry. Life can get pretty overwhelming and sometimes we need a helping hand. I have 20 plus years experience helping folks with overwhelming anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship issues and recovery from trauma. My approach is to join you in partnership to identify your needs and create personalized solutions. I enjoy working with a wide range of folks from all walks of life. I am LGBT friendly and affirming. I take a “whole person” holistic approach while employing evidence based practices. Clients can expect to be introduced to a safe and friendly counseling environment. The client will lead me to where they want to in therapy. We begin with a short description of what the client would like to work on. Then I like to spend time getting to know the client: Where are they from? what do they enjoy doing? Then some general wellness/assessment questions. The client will be provided with specific tools they can use by the end of the session.
Person Centered Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing are my specialties.

Mr. Reidt is a very kind, intelligent, and funny practitioner. He was able to make me laugh even while I was crying. He did not judge me and offered insight that I could start applying today. Out of all the therapists I’ve I have to say he’s been the best fit. He’s mastered the art of combining traditional therapy with humor and modeling behaviors. Very kind and understanding and I would highly recommend.
