My focus is on fostering healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth while fully honoring and respecting each person’s unique story, culture, strengths, and capacity for change.
First session
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative journey where individuals and families feel empowered to create positive change in their lives. My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, MRI (Mental Research Institute) approaches, Genogram analysis, Narrative therapy, collaborative approaches, psychoeducation, as well as art and play therapy. By integrating these approaches into therapy, I help clients develop inner strength, emotional resilience, and a sense of purpose.
