Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I received my Masters and Bachelors in Social work, with an emphasis in Child Welfare and Family Therapy. I have been practicing as a therapist for 6 years. Prior to that, I worked as a social worker for psychiatric services.
As a provider who has worked in mental health for the last 9-years, I understand the importance of individualizing treatment services to best support the needs of each client.
I help individuals of all ages and stages struggling with individual mental health struggles and complex family issues.

In our first session together, we'll start by getting to know one another. Building trust is the foundational step of quality therapy.

Whether you’re new to therapy or returning with previous experience, I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel understood and empowered. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward becoming the healthiest, most authentic versions of themselves.
